Terms of Service — The Guild

1. Who we are

2. Acceptance of terms

By joining the waitlist or making a purchase on jointheguild.app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

3. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and gives you early access notification when The Guild app launches. We will contact you at the email address you provide. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing hello@jointheguild.app.

4. Founding Guild Master

The Founding Guild Master tier is a one-time payment of £19.99 which grants lifetime access to premium features when The Guild app launches. This offer is available during the pre-launch period only.

Under UK consumer law you have a 14-day cooling off period from the date of purchase. To request a refund within this period, email hello@jointheguild.app with your order details. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

We cannot guarantee a specific launch date for The Guild app. If the app does not launch within 24 months of your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund upon request.

5. Premium features

Founding Guild Masters will receive all premium features available at launch and all future premium features at no additional cost. The specific features available at launch may differ from those described on this website and are subject to change during development.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use The Guild to harass, abuse or harm others, post unlawful content, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or use the service for any commercial purpose without our written consent.

7. Intellectual property

All content on jointheguild.app including design, text, graphics and code is owned by Eden Technologies Ltd. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eden Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify waitlist members of significant changes by email.
